Realtor's Personal Closing Gifts Painted for your Client or your Customer

In this fast paced world of real estate, what Realtor has the time to select the most appropriate and creative closing gift that will have impact, be personal, and most important, promote the possibility of repeat business.. You want your name to be remembered. What better way to say thank you than with a priceless custom painted watercolor painting of the home your clients are leaving, or the new home they are purchasing.

This is the gift that will be a family keepsake, to be treasured and displayed prominently in their home...The gift that will remind them of you. Simply send your e-mail digital images in Jpeg format as soon as you receive the bank commitment/closing date, and  you will receive a beautiful original custom painting of the house for your closing gift. Be sure to include the address of the home just in case more precise details about the house can be found on the Internet.

Each work of art can be personalized with the owners' name, address, or even a message from you, their Realtor, at no extra charge. And, you can slip in one or more business cards with a request that they call you if they know  anyone else that might need your services.  Also, a portion of the gift price is a tax deductible business expense.

For those Realtors that work with contractors, or would like to work with a contractor, you can offer a unique service by having architectural renderings done of their future projects.  I have worked directly with contractors, and have provided artwork for their Realtors to use for brochures, ads and in MLS listing books created directly from the architect's house plans or landscape plans. These are not digital pictures from architecture CAD software programs, but original watercolors that can be framed and displayed in offices and homes.

I have been creating personalized custom house portraits for Realtors across the country for over 30 years.

The contractors commissioned a painting to show their clients how the home would sit on the property and they wanted the customers' boat included. All landscaping, boat, etc. needed to be designed. The painting was presented as a closing gift.

The Realtor that ordered this painting wanted her customers to visualize what wonderful possibilities this property had to offer.  I designed the landscaping with a barn /stable, horse corral and 4-car detached garage. The finished painting hung in the home's foyer for all prospective buyers to view. The property sold at asking price!

This painting was used by a Realtor for a brochure to promote the sale of this gorgeous house in Newport, Rhode Island. At the closing, it was presented as a closing gift to the clients.

Landscape rendering for condo developer
Historic estate montage
House rendered in line from architect's plans

This painting was commissioned by a Realtor who was listing a condo complex that was not completed at the time of the listing. The developer had future plans for a courtyard with extensive landscaping and wanted to show a bird's eye view of the completed project in a promotional brochure. The artwork was based totally on the landscape architect's plan

This montage type painting was a closing gift from the contractor that did the restoration work for each building on the historic oceanfront estate and from the Realtor who sold the property. Note the owners' cat on the lower right wall. Pets can always be included in the painting.
